Description:
New construction of a six- and seven-story student housing community. The 594,002 SF project includes three separate buildings: a six-story building with 246 student housing units; a seven-story building with 81 student housing units; and a workforce housing building with 64 traditional apartment units. The project also includes a seven-level precast parking structure, as well as street-level retail and restaurant space.
